By accessing and using RazorCap services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any services, failed tasks, or account credits under any circumstances.
While failed tasks receive automatic balance refunds, we do not provide refunds for payments made to your account balance.
Account Balance Policy
Balance Management: We reserve the right to modify, change, or remove account balances at any time without user consent.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Adjusting balances due to fraudulent activity
- Correcting billing errors
- Enforcing terms violations
- Maintaining system integrity
Service Usage
You agree to:
- Not abuse or attempt to circumvent rate limits
- Maintain the confidentiality of your API key
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
RazorCap is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination may result in loss of account balance with no refund.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
